This is a great place to visit! The volunteers were chock full of information about the current inhabitants. There is a room with screens where kids can color in their own fish and then send them to the reef (a screen with fish swimming). There is a sculpture made completely of plastic found in the oceans.

C’était super d’avoir des explications à propos des différentes espèces de tortues qui étaient simples et précises. Merci beaucoup à Jack de nous avoir transmis sa passion et ses explications très clairs. Nous avons passé un super moment et remercions le centre pour leur travail accompli envers ses tortues.

Such a cool experience with educated staff providing great work to our environment! The front desk was very informative and while entry is free, they do ask for a donation that we more than willing to give. Outside they have the turtles in tanks and a staff member that gives you detailed information about each one that is there. We were able to see babies only a couple weeks old to big Sandy who was an adult turtle. There was also an aquarium with sharks and fish. Inside featured a tank with jellyfish, seahorses, and lionfish. They do have a cafe and gift shop as well. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful family experience! The center was donation entrance fee only, not the $6 advertised which might put people off with large families like ours. We all left a donation and bought a bunch of stuff from one of the best gift shops I've seen in a while. There are wonderful jellyfish aquariums and seahorse aquariums up the ramps, so don't miss them. The six kids with us had a blast doing the fish drawing activity on the digital screen on the wall. When we were there, they pulled the huge turtle out of his tank and transported him on a stretcher, to the small hospital at the center. The kids were so amazed to see the turtle's size. The staff walking around the place were educating the kids and a joy to talk to. Definitely bring the kids. Our family had a blast!

They had about 6 sea turtles in tanks on display, and many neat facts about sea turtles of the area. The volunteers were very friendly and would come engage us in discussion. It was a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. I wish my kids were with me, it’s very educational and fun for all ages.

Super cool multi hour stop for our family. Lived in Jupiter for 10 years no kids and first time here during a trip back. Great that they just ask for donations. Got up close to a few big ones, saw a baby and what an amazing gift shop as well. Go here.

What a great place to learn about Florida’s Loggerhead turtles! Fun, informative tour. The staff was amazing and their passion for the LMC’s mission shines in all they do. The gift shop was fantastic with a large variety of options.

Our team had an amazing day at our tropical themed town hall hosted in Loggerhead Marinelife’s event space. We reflected on the goals we set earlier in the year, cast a vision for the rest of 2023, and celebrated the accomplishments of our fellow colleagues. We also took some time to give back by writing notes to members of our military and raising funds through Maui United Way for the fire and disaster relief efforts. Additionally, we enjoyed learning about Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s sea turtle patients and constructing tiki huts as a team building competition. Let's not forget about the delicious food we enjoyed from SandyJames! It was a wonderful day of team bonding and making a positive impact in our community.

Living in Florida our family finds it important to educate ourselves about the environment and our coastline/ocean that we enjoy spending time at. Loggerhead is a great place to spend the day learning about sea turtles all while having fun. The staff and volunteers are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The turtles are making to watch swim around. The kids also love to play doctor in the educational area.

Stephen and Mary gave an excellent tour. They provided very interesting, informative and comprehensive information about the lives of the sea turtles that inhabit the Treasure Coast region and demonstrated the wonderful work being done at the center to benefit these beautiful animals.

Amazing experience! Up close to turtles getting care including hatchlings. Great gift shop. Able to adopt/sponsor turtles. Inside there is a fun digital reef scene you can design and then release your digital creation into the digital cove. Highly recommend!! Free entry but donations help the cause.

Whether you're an adult coming without kids or want to take your kids this is a very great place to spend some time. You will be educated about the sea turtles and you will see all different kinds of them. This is a rehabilitation center where they heal the turtles and then release them back into the wild. I highly recommend coming here and also you can get involved if you want. Great value and service here. Definitely check this place out. You won't be disappointed!
